What Is Included in a House Cleaning? A Room-by-Room List
A house cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Same written list every visit.

Add-ons
Add-ons attach to any tier at booking. Four come up most often.
- Inside the fridge
- Inside the oven
- Interior windows
- Laundry
There is also a small add-on for homes with pets. It covers the extra time for hair and dander.
Ask for any of these when you book so the visit includes the time.
What we do not clean
Four things sit outside every tier.
- Anything needing a ladder
- Exterior windows
- Pest and mold remediation
- Moving heavy furniture
Carpet extraction, biohazard cleanup, and hoarding cleanup need a specialist. Call and ask if you are unsure.
What changes the scope
Tier. A regular clean and a deep clean cover the same rooms with different depth.
Clutter. Cleaners work around items rather than move them. A counter with eight things on it gets a partial wipe.
Rooms you skip. Tell us which rooms to leave and we adjust on the call.
Supplies and products
Your cleaner arrives with everything, including the steam mop. No supply fee and no travel fee.
Products are plant-based, and fragrance-free on request at no charge. We use color-coded cloths. The one that touched your bathroom never touches your kitchen counter.
Getting the list in writing
The full checklist sits on the site. Nothing is verbal.
Regular cleaning starts at $144. Deep cleaning starts at $275, and first-time clients save $50. Recurring visits save up to 25% on regular cleaning.
Tell us your square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We text your price the same day. If the clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours. We re-clean at no charge.
