Privacy Policy
This policy explains what NobleMaid Cleaning Service ("us," "we," or "our") collects when you use noblemaidcleaning.com or book a cleaning, what we do with it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. We collect what we need to quote a price, schedule a cleaner, and get paid. Nothing else.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number.
- Property details you give us so we can price the job — service address, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, access instructions, pets, and any notes about delicate items.
- Booking and service history — the dates we cleaned, what was included, which cleaner was assigned, and any issues you reported.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website usage — pages visited, approximate city, browser and device type, and how you reached the site.
How we use it
- To give you a price and confirm your booking.
- To dispatch a cleaner and give them the access and property details they need to do the job.
- To take payment, place authorization holds, and issue refunds or credits.
- To text, call, or email you about your appointment — confirmations, arrival windows, changes, and the satisfaction check-in described in our Terms of Use.
- To handle a re-clean, credit, or refund request.
- To keep our records, meet tax and insurance obligations, and resolve disputes.
Who we share it with
Only the people and companies that need it to deliver your cleaning:
- Your assigned cleaner — name, service address, access instructions, and the property details relevant to the job.
- Service providers we rely on — our booking software, payment processor, text and email delivery, and scheduling tools. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
- Insurers, accountants, or lawyers — if there is a claim, an audit, or a dispute.
- Law enforcement or a court — where we are legally required to.
If our business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer with it. We would tell you before that happened.
Text messages
When you give us your phone number we may text you about your appointment — confirmations, arrival windows, changes, and the check-in after your clean. Reply STOP to any message to stop service texts. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts to numbers we collected only for booking.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies to keep the booking form working and to understand which pages people use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking form may not work correctly if you do. We honor Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals where they apply.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for tax, insurance, and accounting purposes, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except for anything we are required to keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop texting or emailing you.
Email info@noblemaidcleaning.com or call (949) 850-4333 and we will handle it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. Payment details go straight to our processor over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you.
Children
Our service is for adults booking cleanings. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page, and we will tell clients in advance of any meaningful change.
