Move-out cleans start at $275. Price follows square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms. You see the number before you book.
Should the home be empty?
Yes, if you can manage it. We clean around what is left, but cabinets and closets need to be clear to be cleaned inside.
How long does a move-out clean take?
Four to eight hours depending on size and how much is left behind. We send a team so it finishes in one day.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a code or a key. We text when we arrive and when we finish.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, including the vacuum. If you prefer your own products, leave them out and tell us which ones.
